Sales Project Manager

We are looking for a full-time Sales Project Manager to help us bring to the market our ability to build exceptional web applications.

Your job will be to assist us in managing our sales process and aiding prospects and clients in the transformation of ideas into high-quality products, a challenging and rewarding task!

You will work with a vibrant team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Who you are

  • You are a passionate Sales Project Manager, whose main responsibility will be improving our sales process by increasing our ability to reach prospects and close contracts. You will be focused on prospecting, engaging in lead management, and collaborating in structuring our offerings.
  • You will work together with our founders in reaching our sales goals, and with the rest of the team (delivery and technical experts) on developing offer proposals that detail products or services that meet client needs, outlining pricing information and terms of sale.
  • You will collaborate in conducting prospecting activities to identify potential clients and determine their needs.
  • You will maintain lasting relationships with customers, as well as follow through with making new connections within our existing client portfolio to discover new business opportunities.
  • You will be the project manager of our sales process: you will monitor the process and facilitate deliverables and timescales, while proactively initiating corrective actions when needed, and regularly reporting on opportunities status.

What you need

  • You have good client relations experience that will help you discuss their business needs, manage cold contacts, and deal with lead management and sales processes.
  • You have worked with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and Notion.
  • You have experience working in sales departments with startups or small-size companies in the computer software, ICT, or tech consulting fields.
  • You have a good knowledge of the software market and its dynamics.
  • You are passionate about software and IT products and have a good understanding of technical topics.
  • You can leverage vertical skills in engineering and software product development. (These are not required, but they are assets if you have them!)
  • You strive for perfection and know when to make the appropriate trade-offs.
  • You are curious and have a lot of interests (that you want to share with us!), and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and experiences with your co-workers.
  • You speak Italian fluently and English proficiently.

Who we are

  • We are a team of skilled people, who love learning and sharing.
  • We promote a culture of kindness and empathy, where everyone’s voice matters.
  • We continuously improve everything we do, from technical skills to internal processes. We dedicate a full day a week to our own improvement.
  • We take on challenging projects and we build them in-house. We don’t do ‘body-rental’ of resources: we build and leverage the experience of our team to deliver high-quality software solutions to complex business problems. We are the first stakeholders of the products we build.
  • We are buildo.
