Office Manager & Team Assistant

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Office Manager & Team Assistant to assist us in building exceptional web applications.

Your job will be to manage the office and facilities and support the team in carrying out administrative tasks.

You will work with a vibrant team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Who you are

  • You are a passionate Office Manager who has experience in managing the office, facilities, and supply of consumables. You are a pragmatic person who knows how to intervene personally to solve small, everyday practical problems in the office. This kind of activity will cover most of your time.
  • You manage the relationship with office suppliers for maintenance and welcome guests.
  • You support the scheduling of meetings, both internally and with customers.
  • You support the organization of events in our office (typically once or twice a month)
  • You are looking forward to helping the team in the administrative part, recruiting, onboarding, and other internal activities.
  • You are proactive and autonomous and do not like to be micro-managed. You participate in alignment meetings and plan activities according to the priorities. You love exploring new things, and you are able to evaluate the pros and cons of what you have learned.
  • You help to manage the founders’ agenda by understanding how important their attendance at meetings is.
  • You will also help founders in their personal activities and tasks.
  • You are curious and have a lot of interests (that you want to share with us!), and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with your co-workers.
  • You have experience in this role and speak Italian fluently and English proficiently. You have a driving license, and it is not a problem for you to drive to carry out some small errands using your personal car or car-sharing services.
  • You are able to work with the following tools: Google Calendar, Google Docs, Gmail and Notion.
